Micro

Ok, I am not off to a great start but still it's a start. My thoughts and plans have been wandering around and I accepted the fact that they will keep wandering for a while.
In the mean time I have been playing around with Python, Matlab and Rust. I am currently on Windows and even though I love Linux so much, I am unable to commit to Linux full time because of all the dependencies I have. So I have been using WSL since the beginning and I am quite comfortable in the terminal however I could never get along with vim. I've been trying to use vim since 2010, and it's just not for me. My muscle memory and my usual habits reject vim. I know if I would commit harder I could probably break into it but I am not sure if it would be worth the effort. So I looked around a bit and I found "micro".

Micro is just perfect for me. It is modern, it has all the bells and whistles I need and my fingers and my brain are compatible with it! So I will be using micro going forward for everything I do in my Linux sessions. If you're like me I strongly recommend that you check it out.
